Hi, I am Shehar Bano Rizvi, a certified Project Management Professional(PMP) and a Software Engineer by profession. A Pakistani expat living in Qatar for over 13 years, whose maternal instincts took over her career aspirations and she decided to give up her high-profile Banking career to be a hands-on mom.
A story teller, a self-taught photographer with an eye to see the extraordinary in the ordinary, a globetrotter seeking new adventures in life, an interior design lover and a compulsive organizer, stirring up recipes in her kitchen, a passionate DIY-er and crafter, a party planner, an avid reader and a movie junkie, and a multitasking mom sharing her passion through the blog.
This blog will give u an insight into the constant battle between my mind and heart, which is torn between motherhood and my professional career.. Since I haven’t gone back to my professional career after starting my family.. I keep myself busy with DIY projects, Home Improvement projects, Cooking, Cake decorating , Party planning etc etc.. you’ll see a bit of everything on this blog.
Thank you for taking the time to read my blog!
😄good job!

Interesting to read your diary. You gave priority to family over your career and I wish that your kids excel in life and touch heights in career. You chose to be a PMP mom rather than being a PMP Professional and it’s your sacrifice.

Hello! Just curious to know how you earn PDUs for your PMP to ensure the certification doesn’t expire.

Well, that’s what happened to me.. I never got around to maintain PDUs and my certification has expired. There are various ways to earn PDUs. Check their website.www.PMI.org
