Wishing everyone (who celebrates), a very Happy Easter Sunday!

Me and my bestie were running a homemade cake business in Doha (the story behind homemade cakes, Doha is coming soon! I promise!) and we made these Easter mini cupcakes for my daughter’s nursery Egg hunt, a few years ago!

Easter Cupcakes

• Chocolate flavored Mini Cupcakes
• Grass made with Butter Cream Icing
• Royal Icing Bunnies and Chicks
• Jelly Beans used as eggs

I found these mini baskets at my favorite craft store (and yes they are the only thing not edible!). The mini cupcakes fit in them purrrfectly!
